Matrix bits are the optimal solution when drilling wells, where the use of conventional steel bits leads to rapid erosive wear. Advanced manufacturing and design technology makes it possible to manufacture a wide range of drilling tools.

Matrix body

Production of the body of matrix bits from a composite material based on tungsten carbide allows drilling in highly abrasive rocks, using weighted muds, and also makes it possible to reuse the body. A specially selected composition of materials provides high reliability and durability of the body with a long stay of the bit at the bottom.

Impregnated bits

The tool is designed for drilling at ROP in hard and strong rocks of the VII-XI category of hardness and up to the XII category of abrasiveness. The blades of the bit are reinforced with a specially selected mixture of high-quality diamonds, which increases the durability of the bit at high penetration rates. The cutting structure of hot-pressed diamond-impregnated inserts ensures high mechanical drilling speeds.
