Production of the body of matrix bits from a composite material based on tungsten carbide allows drilling in highly abrasive rocks, using weighted muds, and also makes it possible to reuse the body. A specially selected composition of materials provides high reliability and durability of the body with a long stay of the bit at the bottom.

Impregnated bits

The tool is designed for drilling at ROP in hard and strong rocks of the VII-XI category of hardness and up to the XII category of abrasiveness. The blades of the bit are reinforced with a specially selected mixture of high-quality diamonds, which increases the durability of the bit at high penetration rates. The cutting structure of hot-pressed diamond-impregnated inserts ensures high mechanical drilling speeds.
