Blade reamers RL are designed for drilling wells with a pilot bit or reaming previously drilled intervals. The service life of reamers is not inferior to that of PDC bits under similar conditions, thereat reaming is performed at high ROP. The reamer blades equipped with PDC cutting structure have back reaming cutters and reinforced gage protection.

Reamers are equipped with replaceable blades that can be easily replaced in drilling conditions, which significantly reduces the operating costs for repair and maintenance of the tool.

For efficient cuttings transportation reamers are equipped with replaceable wear-resistant hydraulic nozzles.

To ream previously drilled intervals of the wellbore the reamer can be equipped with an extension sub and an anti-sidetracking device (PZY) equipped with six interchangeable nozzles, five of which are directed upwards, one downwards.
