Stabilizers and centralizers

“BURINTEKH”, Ltd produces milled and welded stabilizers and centralizers with straight and spiral blades for operations in rocks of various hardness categories, designed for calibrating the walls of the wellbore, stabilizing and centering the drilling tool.

Calibrators of type K and centralizers of type C are represented by the following design features:
KP (CP) - stabilizer (centralizer) with straight blades;
KS (CS) - stabilizer (centralizer) with spiral blades;
KLS (CLS) - stabilizer (centralizer) with spiral blades opposite to the helix.

By type of cutting structure can be:
CT - for operations in rocks of I-III category of hardness, equipped with carbide inserts;
CTK - for operations in rocks of the III-IV category of hardness, equipped with hard-alloy inserts and hard-alloy pins with impregnated diamond grains;
TK - for operations in rocks of the V-VI category of hardness, equipped with hard-alloy pins with impregnated diamond grains.
